Motocross

The Maury County Fair will be featuring a Motocross main event at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 30th in the Big Arena.

Registration begins at 1:00 p.m. Practice will be held at 4:00 p.m.

Rules:

1. Riders Under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian present or notarized release to race.
2. Release will be kept by track.
3. No medical insurance or any insurance of any kind provided. Riders must obtain their own insurance.
4. AMA General Rules apply to all class whether AMA recognized or not.
5. No riding of race bikes except to and from the starting area – 1st gear only .
6. NO ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED
7. No profanity or unsportsmanlike conduct allowed.
8. All riders must wear a long-sleeved shirt, pants, boots, goggles and helmet to race. No exceptions.
9. Proper riding safety gear is mandatory.
10. Promoter reserves the right to add or remove any class on event night.
11. Gate fee is $12 per entry. (Ages 6 and under free)
12. Race fee is $25 per class and $25 for each additional. Pro class entry is $40 with 100% payback.
13. Everyone in the pit area must wear arm band.
